नई दिल्ली: दिल्ली के जामा मस्जिद मेट्रो स्टेशन पर बैगेज चेकिंग के दौरान एक संदिग्ध विदेशी यात्री भागने की कोशिश कर रहा था, लेकिन CISF के सतर्क जवानों ने उसे दौड़कर पकड़ लिया. पूरी घटना CCTV में कैद हो गई और CISF ने इसका वीडियो एक्स पर शेयर किया है. CISF के अनुसार, बैगेज स्क्रीनिंग के दौरान स्क्रीन पर एक संदिग्ध घनी वस्तु दिखाई दी.

इसके बाद यात्री भागने की कोशिश करने लगा. सतर्क जवानों ने तुरंत उसका पीछा किया और एग्जिट गेट के पास उसे दबोच लिया. वीडियो में साफ दिख रहा है कि व्यक्ति फोन पर बात करते-करते अचानक बाहर की ओर भागता है और CISF जवान उसे पकड़ लेता है. यात्री के सामान की जांच में उसके अंडरगारमेंट के सिले हुए हिस्से में एक अज्ञात अर्ध-ठोस पदार्थ छिपा हुआ मिला.
यात्री ने खुद को मलेशिया के कुआलालंपुर का NRI बताया. CISF ने यात्री और उसके सामान को आगे की जांच के लिए पुलिस के हवाले कर दिया. CISF ने कहा कि जवानों की सतर्कता और त्वरित कार्रवाई मेट्रो सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने की उनकी प्रतिबद्धता को दर्शाती है. संदिग्ध वस्तु क्या थी और भागने की वजह क्या थी, इसकी जांच पुलिस कर रही है.
